Risco Playground Winter 2018

Today was the funny run, yesterday the stoky one.

Two full  windy days brough many beautiful waves along the beach breaks of Sotavento.

A real fun park with endless down the line cruzing.

Little strong wind made it harder working.

Looking for cut backs was the best way to do for me today...

and there it goes...

bottom top, bottom cut, bottom top...was going crazy.

Yeahaaaaaaa...

Accept the strong wind...it needed some more force.

Back to an old known place makes sailing so easy!

Germany summer 2017

 Wet, cold but windy...this could be the north of Germany :-) 

Starting this year with a review on my last summer.

 Being happy I made it back to Fuerte now with 2018! Too long ago...

During two month of working at the Baltic Sea, I had several different windsurf session.

Flatwater, flatwater and flatwater. Sometimes a little wavy.

And this one was the most interesting one!

One of my favorit spots at the Baltic Sea, but this time with a different wind direction.

NNE - and strong ;-) 

 And cold!

As well very wet from above. 

But it looked like fun outside. 

It is so relaxed to sail out on the Baltic Sea, seams like no dangers around me.

The wind was pretty strong and I was over powered with my 3.9...

But in comparison to Morocco and Tarifa, was quite ok.

 To surf with side on winds is still very strange to me, but I hope to get more chances to

 give a try. 

Honestly...

 side off...is better!

The session was way much fun and I mixed something between surf and windsurf.

Good to have at least some waves over there in the summer.

 Sometimes swimming...

 Jibing...

    And back to the interesting part...

 Realy happy about this session during my stay in

 Germany Summer 2017.

windsurfing flow -last May session morocco 2017-

The ocean in front of Sidi Kaouki was wild, wilder, the wildest, wind around 50 kts...and I did know, I will hardly fight to survive and be aware to not make any mistake with my 3.9 sail, which was the smallest in my range these days.

But...it supposed to be my last day there in Morocco...and it was windy and the waves very sweet! 

I already moved my departure about 4 days...because wind didn´t stop. 

Incredible may times! 

At least I wanted to say good bye and give it a try :-)

 

 Ok, it was working more or less...but everywhere, if outside at the raff sea or between the waves, out of control...I didn´t like so much.

 

But finally some present came from heaven..."Patrick" one austrian guy, making holidays there to windsurf and he needs a break and ask me, if I wanna try his rental sail... :-) :-) :-) 

Did I hear right?? YES  

Chances coming somehow, best: if you do not expect...again, I am lucky girl!

 

 3.3 was working so much more comfortable...I was go crazy...my last session...with perfect gear!!

Felt like christmas, birthday, mariage...just real good moments!

Great feeling to check the waves and not only fighting with a too big sail, to keep my position without blowing away ;-)

I guess he or she was a bit afraid...;-)
